A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDING
AGREEMENT REGARDING INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 3
I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
execution of that certain amending agreement dated as of the 2nd day of February 1959 is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is also authorized to affix thereto his signature and
the City Clerk attest thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February, 1959, by
the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cort®Si, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern.
