A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE COUNTY
OF SAN MATEO FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY'S RADIO
EQUIPMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
execution of that certain agreement dated as of the day of
1959, between the City of South San Francisco and the County of San Mateo, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is further authorized to affix thereto his signature and the
City Clerk attest thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February, 1959, by
the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio CorteSi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
