RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE
353, AS-AMENDED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH REPORT AND RECOM-
MENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMiSSiON SO AS TO REZONE
PARCELS OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE
AND EL CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco has by
its Resolution No. 1026 recommended and approved the amendment of Zoning Ordinance No.
353, as amended, by rezontng certain parcels located at Country Club Drive and E1
Camino Real to wit: that parcel of property located 140' feet east from Alida Way
on lot 7 and 125' feet north of the southern boundary of lot 7 to be classified under
R-3 Classification, remaining portion of lot 7, and lots 8, 9 and 10 to be classi-
fied under C-1 Classification, said property being now located at Country Club
Drive and E1Camino Real, Block A, Country Club Park #1, and having a U Classifica-
tion, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has held the public hearings required by
ordinance and the applicable provisions of the Government Code after notice duly given
as required by ordinance and applicable provisions of the Government Code, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has after re-
ceiving said report and recommendation, duly considered it and determined that the
required public hearings before the Council should be noticed and held as provided
by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council does intend to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 353, as
.amended, so as to rezone certain parcels located at Country Club Drive and E1Camino
Real to wit: that parcel of property located 140' feet east from Alida.Way on lot 7
and 125' feet north of the southern boundary of lot 7 to be classified under R-3
Classification, remaining portion of lot 7, and lots 8, 9 and 10 to be classified un-
der C-1 Classification, said property being now located at Country Club Drive and
E1Camino Real, Block A, Country Club Park #1, and having a U Classification, all as
prescribed in the report and recommendation made to the City Council by the Planning
Commission pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 1026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk give the required notice of pub-
hearing as required by ordinance and Government Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of February, 1959, by the following
vote;
