A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASE-
MENT FROM L. H. COMER AND VIOLET E. COMER, HIS WIFE,
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement, dated
as of the 16th day of February, 1959, whereby L. H. Comer and Violet E. Comer, his wife,
grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest in, acros's and
through certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this resol-
ution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of February, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G0 J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
