A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF
AMENDED ASSESSMENTS - LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, certain parcels of land to wit: as described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, upon which there are unpaid assessments
against which bonds have been issued and which have been subdivided and which the City
Council, on application of the owners, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid install-
ments of the original assessments in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of
the original parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall
file with the City Clerk a report and amended assessments of the lots or parcels of land
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and as part of said report, including map or
plot plan showing how such lots or parcels have been divided, make.said amended assess-
ments so that the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lots or
parc~s shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon the original lots or parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon fili.ng of the said report and amended assess-
ments, the City Clerk shall fix a time and place for'hearing upon the amended assessments
and shall give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and notice shall conform
to the requirements of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of
California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1959, by the following vote:
