A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE FOR
RECO~ENDING THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
Director of Public Works, prior to recommending that the City accept or approve any work,
shall obtain from the contractor any and all guarantees required, including corporate
surety bonds for maintenance and repair and proof of filing Notice of Completion, said
documents to be 'filed with the City Clerk by the Director of Public Works, together with
his recommendation that the work be approved and accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1959,~ by the following
