A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN
AMENDED ASSESSMENT - LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wit: Lot 18, Block 2, Lindenville Industrial
Park, as filed in Volume 48 of Maps at page 11, Records of San Mateo County, upon which
there is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued and which has been sub-
divided and which the City Council, on application of the owner, desires to segregate and
apportion unpaid installments of the ori~ hal assessment in accordance with the benefits
to the several parts of the original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or parcel of land described
to wit: Lot 18, Block 2, Lindenvllle Industrial Park, as filed in Volume 48 of Maps at
page 11, Records of. San. Mateo County', including map or plot plan showing how such lot or
parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so that the total amount of the assess-
ment of the several portions of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment
upon the original lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said report and amended assessment,
the City Clerk shall fix a time and place for hearing upon the amended assessment and shall
give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and notice shall conform to the re-
quirements of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of'South San FranciSco at a
regular meeting.held this'6~h day of April, 1959, by the following vote:
