RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
J. B. HANAUER & COMPANY AS FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of South San
Francisco be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with J B. HANAUER
& CO., a California Corporation, as financial consultants in connection with the proposed
Parking District No. i of the City of South San Francisco; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract be executed in triplicate and that
a certified copy of this resolution is to be attached'to each copy of the executed con-
tract; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be dated April 6, 1959.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
larly adopted by the City Council of the City of, South San FrancisCo, San
Mateo County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day
of April, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
