A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT --
HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", attached
hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, upon which there is an unpaid
assessment against which bonds have been issued and which has been subdivided and which the
City Council, on application of the owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid instal~
ments of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the
original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the Director of Public Wc~ks, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or parcel of land described
to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and ~exeby incorporated herein and made
a part hereof, including map or plot'plan showing how such lot or parcel has been divided,
make said amended assessment so that the total a~ount of the assessment of the several por-
tions of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon the origina! lot or
parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said report and a~ended assessment,
the City Clerk shall fix a time and place for hearing upon the amended assessment and shall
give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and notice shall conform to the require
ments of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular mee~ ng held
this 6th day of April, 1959, by the following vote':

From the Northeasterly corner of that certain 15.743 Acre Tract of Land described in a Deed
from the Metal & Thermit Corporation, a corporation, to Grace F. Guerin dated June 17, 1947
and recorded July 24, 1947 in Book 1352 of Official Record~ at page 373, San Mateo County
Records; thence proceed in a Southwesterly direction S. 89- 52' 30" W~st a distance of 365.31
feet, thence S, 23° 04' 30" West a distance of 108 feet, thence S. 19 29' 05" West a distanc
of 51.27 feet, thence S. 14° 54' 14" West a distance of 7.10 feet, thence S. 00° 06' 30" West
a distance of 320.65 feet, this last point being the Northwest corner of Parcel No. 9 and the
point of beginning of descrip$ion of parcel, then from said point of beginning proceed in a
Northeasterly direction N. 89° 52' 30" East a distance of 426.27 feet, thence Southwesterly
S. 00° 06' 30" West a distance of 70.69 feet, thence Southwesterly S. 33° 21' 30" West a
distance of 194.50 feet, thence Northwesterly N. 89° 51' 14" West a distance of 319.659 feet,
