HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2782-1959 RESOLUTION NO. 2782 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRRING AN ARENDED ASSESSRENT -- LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVERENT DISTRICT~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk report and amended assessment of the lot or parcel of land described to wit: Lot 18, Block 2, Lindenville Industrial Park, as filed in Volume 48 of Raps at page 11, Records of San Mateo County, which report includes the map or plot plan showing how such lot or parcel has been divided and the amended.assessment so that the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lot or parcel are equal to the unpaid assessment upon the original lot or parcel, and WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held as required by law and the City Council upon said hearing has determined that no objections have been filed and good cause exists for the making of said amended assessment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment of Lindenville Industrial Park-Improvement Dis- trict, as set forth in the report of the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Super- intendent of Streets, attached hereto, and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the required action to have entered upon the assessment roll the stallments becoming due on each component part of the original parcel opposite a des- cription of the respective parcel so assessed. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the Cit'y of South San Fran- cisco at a regular meeting held this 4th day of Ray, 1959, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, Councilmen'Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern None ABSENT, None ATTEST: ARTHUR A. RODONDI CITY CLERK
