A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUFH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE S~ALL CRAFT HARBORS
CO~/ISSION'S RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN FOR PLANNING AND DES-
IGNATING AUTHORIZED PERSON TO EXECUTE LOAN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Small Craft Harbors Commission has by Resolution prescribed the
terms of the loan for preparing plans and the City of South San Francisco does hereby
desire to accept the terms of said resolution and designate the representative of the
City of South San Francisco authorized to execute the Loan Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Small Craft Harbors Commission's
Resolution approving the loan for purposes of preparing plans for a small craft
harbor located in the City of South San Francisco is hereby accepted and the execution
of a contract between the City and the State of California, Department of Natural
Resources, Division of Small Craft Harbors, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Andrew Rocca, Mayor of the City of South San
Francisco, be the official designated as the' representative who is authorized to
execute the Loan Agreement and other official documents in connection with the project
and the City Clerk is instructed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corpor-
ate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of June, 1959, by the following vote:
