A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING A CHARGE OF FEES
AND COSTS ON AMENDED ASSESSMENTS WHERE BONDS HAVE
BEEN ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF
1915 OR THE COMBINATION OF ACTS THEREWITH
BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ordered by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon an application for an amendment of an assessment charged against
a parcel of land in an improvement district where bonds have been issued pursuant to the
Improvement District Act of 1915 or the combination of Acts therewith, the applicant shall
pay to the City Clerk the following sums to defray costs of computing and apportioning
said assessment to wit: TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) for each of the component parts of the
original parcel plus the cost of publishing notice.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 1st day of JUne, 1959, by the following vote:
