A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2742
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY oF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE COUNTY OF
SAN ~ATEO FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY'S
RADIO EqUIPmENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Resolution No. 2742 entitled, UA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND THE COUNTY OF SAN I/ATEO FOR THE ~/AiNTENANCE OF THE CITY'S RADIO EQUIPMENT".
is hereby rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the execution of that certain agreement approved by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco on the 2nd day'of'February, 1959~ and by the Board of Supervisors of
San Mateo County on the 17th day of March, 1959, between the City of South San Francisco
and the County of San Mateo for the maintenance of the City's radio equipment~ is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is further authorized to affix thereto his signature and the
City Clerk attest thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 1st day of June, 1959, by the following vote:
