A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION FROM UTAH
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
CiTy shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated as of the 22nd
d~y of June 1959, whereby UTAH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, gives, grants,
transfers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest over, across,
through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, be and he hereby is, directed to cause
said Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the Cit~ o~ South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
