A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEi~ENT FROM FRANK WORTENBERG AND THELMA P. WORTENBERG,
HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does~ accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement, dated
as of the day of ~ 1959, whereby FRANK WORTENBERG AND THELi~A P. WQRTENBERG,
his wife, give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement
interest over, across~ through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be~ and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this resol-
ution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San ~ateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 6th day of July~ 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Hocca~ G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
