RE6OLUTION NO. 2826
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN-FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH L. H. COMER AND VIOLET E. COMER, HIS WIFE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the certain agreement regarding Ponderosa Hills Annexation dated the 15th
day of Jum 1959 between the City of South San Francisco and L. H. Comer and
Violet E. Comer, his wife, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby author-
ized to execute said agreement, on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and
the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of July, 1959, by the
following vote:
