A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS - INDUSTRIAL P&RK
UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 2
that
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2792 adopted by said Council
on ~ay 18, 1959, and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant
thereto, adopted on June 15, 1959, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving bids for the
purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, excepting
the bid herein.stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and
they are hereby, ordered sold to J. B. HANAUER & COMPANY as the highest responsible bid-
der therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds
printed forthwith, and that ~he same be in~aediately signed, sealed and delivered to said
bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above stated and upon the performance of the
conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed at
the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 6th day of July, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. lozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman hilio Cortesi
