A RESOLUTION DES'IGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C - ZONE 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that the City Treasurer of said City be, and he is hereby, appointed as the person to
whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Intention No. 2815 adopted
by this Council on June 15, 1959, and that his office in the City Hal1, South San Fran-
cisco, Cal~ ornia, is hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be
made, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in con-
nection with collecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 6th day of July, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman ~ailio Cortesi
