A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEl/ERr
FRO~ PLEX COI/PANY, A CO-PARTNERSHIP, BY GEORGE TALLYN AND
FRED PAVLOW AND GEORGE TALLYN ANDFRED PAVLOW, AS INDIVIDUALS,
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement,
dated as of the 4th day of June, 1959, whereby PLEX COMPANY, a co-partnership, by
GEORGE TALLYN and FRED PAVLOW and GEORGE TALLYN and FRED PAVLO~, as individuals give,
grant, transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest
over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service EaSement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be 'recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
~ateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and~adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1959, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern.
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi.
