A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH STONESON DEVELOPMENT CO. REGARDING
CONMUR STREET EXTENSION ~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the certain agreement regarding Com~ur Street Extension, dated the 20th day of July,
1959, between the City of' South San Francisco and Stoneson Development Company, be
executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco, and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City' Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 20th day of July, 1959, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem.
