THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 22, 1986
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive,
South San Francisco, California.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairwoman Teglia called the Redevelopment Agency Meeting to
order at 7:08 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Boardmembers Nicolopulos, Haffey, Addiego, Drago and
Chairwoman Teglia.
' Absent: None.
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that he had nothing to add
nor delete from the agenda.
APPROVAL OF Motion/Second - Nicolopulos/Haffey - To approve the bills
BILLS: for 1/22/86 in the amount of $6,125.18.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
APPROVAL OF Executive Director Birkelo recommended approval of the
MINUTES: minutes of the regular meeting of 11/27/85 and the regular
meeting of 12/18/85. He stated that the minutes of the regu-
lar meeting of 12/11/85 should be carried over to the next
meeting for further review as there might be a lack of a
clause in the minutes to indicate a vote taken by the Board.
Motion/Second - Naffey/Drago - To approve the minutes of the
regular meetin§ of 11/27/85 and the regular meeting of
12/18/85.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
CLOSED Chairwoman Teglia stated that the Board would enter a Closed
SESSION: Session with the Agency's Attorney regarding litigation
involving U.S. Steel Redevelopment Project pursuant to
Government Code 54956.9a, City and County of San Francisco
vs. City of South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and
South San Francisco, etal.
RECALL TO Chairwoman Teglia recalled the meeting to order at 8:06 p.m.,
ORDER: all Boardmembers present, and stated that direction had been
given to the Attorney and Executive Director and that no
action had been taken.
GOOD AND No one chose to speak.
WELFARE:
ADJOURNMENT: Motion/Second - Haffey/Nicolopulos - To adjourn the
Redevelopment meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote,
