A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SE~ER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1959-60 PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 396
· HEREAS, .pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, sewer rentals and charges are re-
quired to b~ assessed on the city tax rolls and collected with the regular municipal
taxes, and,,
WHEREAS, the written rep~rt.charging each parcel with the sewer rentals and
~harges has been duly filed with the City Clerk and required published notice of hear-
ing on said report has been made, and
~HEREAS, ~ea~lng was dUly held on the 20th day of July 1959 at 8:00 p.m. by
the Cit~ Council of the City of South San Francisco in regular session and protests
having not been made by owners of a majority of the separate parcels of property des-
cribed in said report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby adopt the sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk for
1959-60 and said rentals and charges shall be assessed on the city tax rolls and col-
lected with the regular municipal taxes, and said rentals and charges shall, as set
forth in Ordinance No. 396, constitute a lien on the respective parcels of real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolu-
tion to be published, within fifteen (15) days after passage, in the South San Francisco
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of South
San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1959, by the following
vote:
