A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH'SAN FRANCISCO REGARDING DIRECT COLLECTION
OF SEWER CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco has heretofore made charges for
sewer rental on the tax rolls with respect to Parcel 10, Map 30 of the City of South
San Francisco, said parcel being in the name of the United States of America, General
Service Administration, and
WHEREAS, said City desires now to cancel said charges as the City Council
has determined to enter into a special agreement for direct payment of said charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the following charges from the tax rolls for Parcel 10, Map 30 of the
City of South San Francisco, to wit: 1958-59 $25.00 - 1959-60 $53.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco shall enter
into a contract for the direct Collection of said sewer rental charges for 1958-59 and
following years.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August 1959, by the
following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Aherr
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
