A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO CANCELLING SEWER RENTAL CHARGES ON
PROPERTY OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
· HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
BE IT RESOLVED that the uncollected sewer rental for the year 1959/1960 in
the sum of Eighteen and no/100 Dollars ($18.00) on Parcel 2, Assessor's Map No. 4
(2.379 Acres) and in'the ~aum of Nine and no/lO0 Dollars ($9.00) on Parcel 3~
Assessor's Map No. 4 (2'.838 Acres), being the same are hereby cancelled as said property
was heretofore acquired by the South San Francisco Unified School District for public
use, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 'City Attorney is hereby authorized to consent
to said cancellation in accordance with the Revenue and Taxation Code and relevant laws.
I hereby certify that th~ foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council ~ the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 17th day of August, 1959, by
the ftlowing vote:
