RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE TWO ANCHORAGE
EASEMENTS IN BLOCK 4, INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
RESOLVED, by the'City Council of the City of South san Francisco, California, and
this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that
Sec. 1.
Vacation Law.
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Public Service Easements
Sec. 2. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of
this council to vacate two anchorage easements for pole lines situated in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement 1-1/2 feet wide on either side of the dividing line
between Lots 14 and 15 for a distance of 20 feet southwesterly
from Rozzi Way; and
e
An easement 3 feet wide for a distance of 20 feet southwesterly
from Rozzi Way, the southeasterly line of which commences at the
curve from Rozzi Way to Littlefield Avenue;
All in Block 4, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C.
Reference is hereby made to a map entitled "Vacation of Easements in Block 4,
Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C", which map is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City.
Sec. 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, October 5, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of South San Francisco, are hereby
fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, or having objections
to, the proposed vacation of said easements, may appear before said Council and be heard.

Sec. 4. The City Clerk of said City shall publish this resolution once
in a newspaper of general circulation, published within said City of South San
Francisco, in the manner prescribed by law for publishing resolutions for said
City.
Sec. 5. Notices of the vacation of each of said easements shall be
posted conspicuously along the line of each easement, or part thereof, proposed
to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing. Such
notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at least three shall be
posted, along the line of each easement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 8th day of September, 1959,
by the following vote:
