THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REGULAR MEETING
February 26, 1986
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive
South San Francisco, California
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Roberta Cerri Teglia called the Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 7:13 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Roberta Cerri Teglia; Vice Chair Mark N.
Addiego; Member Jack Drago; Member Richard A. Haffey; Member
Gus Nicolopulos
Also Present: Executive Director C. Walter Birkelo; Deputy
Executive Director Mark Lewis; Counsel Herman Fitzgerald
AGe--DA Executive Director Birkelo pointed out that after approval
RE EW: of bills and joint resolution, a closed session is requested
for the purpose of litigation and labor relations. Also,
because of the joint resolution, the City Council meeting
will have to be opened between now and 7:30 p.m.
APPROVAL OF Member Haffey motioned, seconded by Vice Chair Addiego, and
BILLS: unanimously carried, that claims as submitted for payment in
the amount of $28,934.09 for February 26, 1986 be approved.
JOINT Special meeting of the City Council was opened at 7:12 p.m
RESOLUTION:~'~ Counsel Fitzgerald informed the Board/Council that this is
AS AMENDED AND an amendment and a supplement to the resolution pertaining
SUPPLEMENTED to Budget Rent-A-Car property. It amends and supplements
(Budget-Rent-A the resolution you adopted August 28. It was required

Extension roadway.
It was motion by Member Haffey, and seconded by Member Drago
that the resolution be adopted. The motion was carried by
unanimous roll call vote.
CLOSED SESSION: Chair Teglia closed the Redevelopment Agency meeting at 7:17
p.m. with a motion from Member Haffey, second by Member
Drago, and called the City Council into closed session for
the purposes of labor relations and litigation.

GOOD & WELFARE: Chair Teglia invited members of the public to speak on
redevelopment related issues. No one spoke.
ADJOURNMENT: It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Member
Drago that the Redevelopment Agency Meeting be adjourned.
The motion as made and seconded was unanimously carried.
