A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2838 ENTITLED,
'A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING A REPAYMENT AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING
ITS EXECUTION AND DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT"
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that Resolution No. 2838 entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco Approving a Repayment Agreement, Authorizing its Execution and
Designating Representative Authorized to Execute the Agreement", be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of~September, 1959, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
