A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO'APPROVING A REPAYMENT AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING
ITS EXECUTION, AND DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZED
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to approve
a repayment agreement for the repayment of the loan from the Division of Small Craft
Harbors of the State of California for the planning of a harbor development project at
South San Francisco and further to authorize the execution of said agreement and designate
the representative of the City authorized to execute the repayment agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the agreement entitled, "Contract Between City of South San Francisco and
th~' State of California, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Small Craft Harbors",
the same being in substance and form as attached hereto and hereby referred to and made
a part hereof, is approved and execution of it is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ANDREW ROCCA, duly elected Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco, is hereby designated as the representative of the City authorized
to execute the repayment agreement, and he is hereby authorized to execute it on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco, and ARTHUR A. RODONDI, City Clerk, is instructed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the City of South San Francisco
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
