A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR INSTALLATION OF PARK HAVEN DRAINAGE FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-City of South San Franc~co that the
certain agreement regarding the installation of Park Haven drainage facilities dated the
19th day of August 1959 between the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO; and M. GIRAUD and
EUGENE VIGNATTI; and JAMES R. SMITH and LILLIAM A. SMITH, JAMES PICRAS, R. J. MUYLLAERT
and K. M. MUYLLAERT, RICHARD M. HARNETT and JOYCE HARNETT, ARTHUR OLIVEIRA and HELEN M.
OLIVEIRA, ARTHUR E. SCHROLL and ISABELLA T. SCHROLL; 'and B & D TRUCKING SERVICE, be
executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 8th day of September, 1959, by the following vote:

and Patrick E. Ahern
