A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTIN~ A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM JAMES Ro SMITH AND
LILLIAN Ao SMITH, HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said 'City shall, and hereby doed, accept that certai~ Grant 'of Public Service Ease-
ment, dated as of the 21st day of August, 1959, whereby JAMES R. SMITH and LILLIAN A.
SMITH, his wife, give, grant, transfer ~and convey to said City ~f South San Fran-
cisco an easement interest over, across, through or under certain real property
therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be~ and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
