A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN F~ANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FRO~ JA~ES PICRAS TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement,
dated as of the 21st day of August, 1959, whereby JAMES~PICRA8 gives, grants, transfers
and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest over, across, through
or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this reso-
lution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959, by the following
vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
