A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM ARTHUR E. SCHROLL AND
ISABELLA T. SCHROLL, HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement, dated
as of the 21st day of August, 1959, whereby ARTHUR E. SCHROLL and ISABELLA T. SCHROLL, his
wife, give, grant, transfer and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement
interest over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern
