A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A LICENSE OR
PERMIT TO CROSS A CITY STREET - INDUSTRI~tL PARK 2-C, ZONE 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain Permit to cross a city street dated the 19th day of October 1959, between the
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO and J. A. FOLGER AND COMPANY, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute
said Permit on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed
to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 21st day of September 1959, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Leo J. Ryan
