RESOLUTION NO. 2880
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A GRADING PERMIT -
PONDEROSA HILLS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
a grading permit be issued to L. H. COMER, developer of Ponderosa Hills, on the terms
and conditions set forth in the Director of Public Works' report dated September 17, 1959.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said Permit on behalf of said City of South San Francisco.
· I hereby, certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City"Council or, the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 21st day of September, 1959, by the following vote:
