PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, CA 94080. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Roberta Teglia called the Redevelopment Agency meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Roberta Cerri Teglia, Vice Chair Mark Addiego, Member Jack Drago, Member Richard Haffey, Member Gus Nicolopulos. Also Present: Executive Director, C. Walter Birkelo; Deputy Executive Director, Mark Lewis. AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there was nothing to add nor delete from the agenda. A 'ROVAL OF It was motioned by Member Haffey, seconded by Vice Chair BILLS: Addiego that claims as submitted for payment in the amount of $19,416.06 for March 26, 1986, be approved. The motion as made and seconded was unanimously carried. CLOSED SESSION: At 7:07 p.m., the Agency Board held a closed session to confer with the Agency's Attorney regarding litigation involving U. S. Steel Redevelopment Project, pursuant to Government Code 54956.9A. The title of the litigation: City and County of San Francisco vs. the City of South San Francisco Redevelop- ment Agency of South San Francisco et.al. RETURN FROM The Agency Board returned from closed session at 7:43 p.mo CLOSES SESSION: Chair Roberta Teglia that they were informed as to the status of the suit. GOOD AND Chair Teglia invited members of the public to speak WELFARE: on issues relating to the Redevelopment Agency. No one spoke. ADJOURNMENT: It was motioned by Member Haffey, seconded by Vice Chair Addiego, and unanimously carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
