A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIF~CIL OF TH~ CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM UTAH CONSTRUCTION & MINING
CO. TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement,
dated as of the 30th day of September 1959, whereby UTAH CONSTRUCTION & MINING CO. gives,
grants, transfers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest
over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this
resfflution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a special meeting held on the 9th day of October, 1959, by the following
vote:
AYES,
Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, G. J. RozZi and Patrick E. Ahern.
NOES, None
ABSENT, CoUncilmen Andrew Rocca and Emilio Cortesi
