A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXgCUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC PLASTIC PRODUCTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the certain agreement regarding use of a part of an easement area, dated the 19th day
of October 1959, between the City of South San Francisco and Pacific Plastic Products,
be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City
Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of October, 1959, by
the following vote:
