A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING .EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
THE PARK HAVEN DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San'Francisco that the
agreement heretofore executed on the 19th day of August providing for'the installation
of a drainage structure named the Park Haven Drainage Structure shall be amended so as
to delete paragraph 16 thereof upon the execution of the Consent to said deletion by the
respective parties to'the agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said Consent on behalf of said City of South San Francisoo and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City and said amendment being
accomplished by executing Consent to the deletion of paragraph 16.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 19th day of October, 1959, by the following vote:
