A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE ADAM-
HILL COMPANY FOR PURCHASE OF CHAINS AND SPROCKETS FOR SEDIMENTATION
TANK - SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT; DELETING INAPPLICABLE SECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that certain inapplicable
sections, the same being sections 7, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, be
deleted and further thatsection 30 be revised so that section 30 shall provide for a guaranty due to
defective materials, and further that payment by the City shall be made after receipt of invoice and
within the time prescribed for obtaining the agreed discount.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held %his 2nd day of
November, 1959, by the following vote:
