HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2900-1959476 RESOLUTION NO, 2900 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 2 RESOLVED, bY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California that the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to make the following changes~ the proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2792 adopted May 18, 1959, as follows: 1. Change and modify the plans by deleting the work to be done on Utah Avenue east of Littlefield Avenue, and by relocating Littlefield Avenue south of Utah Avenue to opposite the west portion of Lot 18, Block 10, all as shown on Utility Plan of Industrial Park Unit No. 2-D, November, 1959. 2. Change and modify the estimate of costs to construction $58,986.54, acquisitions $277,696.71, contingencies $5,898.65, incidentals $19,418.10, total $362,000, and bY substituting a detailed itemization thereof. 3. Change and modify the diagram by substituting a revised map thereof dated November 1959, and change the boundaries of the assessment district to those shown on said map. 4. Change and modify the several amounts of the assessments as shown in the Revised Assessment. 5. Change and modify.the boundaries of the area annexed'to the Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Grading and Maintenance District, to those shown on said new dia- gram as the boundaries of the assessment district. 6. Reference is hereby made to said changes and modifications as shown on and in substituted portions of the Engineer's Report on file in the office of the City Clerk. 7. MONDAY, the 7th day of DECEMBER, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the.Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where the Council will consider and finally act upon said proposed changes and modifications, at which time all persOns interested therein may be heard. 8. At least ten (10) days before the day fixed for hearing, the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be published in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City, it being the newspaper in which the Notice of Improvement was published. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting held this 16th day of November, 1959, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G.
