RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO A~ENDING MORRIS DALEY'S GRADING AND
AGREEMENT PERMIT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that the
agreement entered into as the 2nd day of March, 1959, .by and between Morris Daley, General
Contractor and the City of South San Francisco shall be amended so as todelete Paragraph 3
from the agreement, said paragraph reading as follows:
3. Owner shall grant and City accept and record a public service easement as
shown on the attached plan over the westerly portion of said property,
I hereby certify-that the foregoing resolution was regular introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the followin§ vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan and
Patrick E. Ahern

ABSENT, None
