RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RELEASE
DAMAGE TO BADEN AVENUE SEWER LINE
BE IT RESOLVED, for the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
the sum of $330.15 as offered by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, in payment for damages
to the Baden Avenue 6" main sewer line be accepted and the Release No. 59-628 be executed
in behalf of the City of South San Francisco by the signature of Mayor Andrew Rocca,
attested to by the City Clerk~ Arthur Rodondi.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
