A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDING
AGREEMENT WITH UTAH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REGARDING
INDUSTRIAL pARK NO. 2-D
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that an
amending agreement regarding Industrial Park No. 2-D, executed as of the 7th day of
December 1959, by the City of South San Franc~co and Utah Construction Company, wherein
the agreement of February 2, 1959, is thereby amended, be executed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Rayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco, and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adoPted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following
vote:
AYES., Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, Emilio Cortesi
ABSENT, None
