RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PAYING AGENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 16th
day of November, 1959, adopt its Resolution No. 2896 providing for the issuance of bonds
of Parking District No. I of the City of South San Francisco, 3eries A; and
WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of said remolution and the bonds to be
issued, it is provided that said bonds shall at the option of the holder be payable at the
office of any paying agent in New York City, New York, Chicago, Illinois, or San Francisco,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.08 of Article VII
of Resolution No. 2896 of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby designate the following paying agents
for said heretnabove mentioned bonds of Parking District No. 1, Series A, to wit:
A. In the City and County of San Francisco the paying agent shall be CROCKER-
ANGLO NATIONAL BANK, San Francisco, California.
B. In the City of New York, State of New York, the paying agent shall be the
FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, New York City, New York.
C. In the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, the paying agent shall be CONTIN-
ENTAL-ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Chicago, Illinois; and
B E I T FURTHER RESOLVED that upon issuance of said bonds of Parking District No. 1,
Series A, the City Treasurer of the City of South San Francisco be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and directed to give written notice to each paying agent of its designation as
said paying agent by the City of South San Francisco, for said series of bonds hereinabove
described.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San MateD County,
California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 7th day of December, 1959,
by the following vote, to wit:

Patrick E. Ahern
