RESOLUTION NO. 2916
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND I/ODIFICATIONS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, t
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2899 of this Council ordering same, ~opted
on November 16, 1959, notice has been duly given of the intention of.this Council to chant
and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2764 adopted by this Council
on April 6, 1959; and
~IEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said
proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modificatio3
were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby~ overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under Said Resolution of
Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said Resol-
ution No. 2899 adopted on November 16, 1959.
I hereby certify that the foregoing reao~tlon was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
