RESOLUTION NO. 2917
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND ~ODIFICATIONS -
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C, ZONE 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2900 of this Council ordering same,
adopted on November 16, 1959, notice has been duly given of the intention of this
Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2792
adopted by this Council on May 18, 1959; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said
proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and mod-
ifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution of
Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in said
Resolution No. 2900 adOpted on November 16, 1959.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following
vote:
