RESOLUTION EXERCISING OPTION
WHEREAS, EDITH M. WOOLEY, HAZEL A. YATES, EMMA I. MAHONEY, FERN M. MYLES,
JESSIE E. WOODMAN, and YOLANDAMAHONEY have offered to the City of South San Fran-
cisco an option to purchase the following described property in the City of South
San Francisco for the sum of $30,800.00..
NOW, THEREFORE, the City C~uncil of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby exercise that certain option dated November 3, 1959, and signed by EDITH M.
WOOLEY, HAZEL A. YATES, EMMA I.'MAHONEY, FERN M. MYLES, JESSIE E. WOODMAN, and
YOLANDA MAHONEY, to the City of South San Francisco to purchase, for the price here-
inabove designated, all of the right, title and interest in and to the following
described property, situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California:
The Easterly one-half (~), front and rear
measurements of Lot 6 and all of Lot 5 in Block
124 as shown on that certain map entitled "Map
of South San Francisco, Plat No. 1, San Mateo Co.
Cal." filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Mateo County on March 1, 1892, in Book
"B" of ~aps at page 6 and copied into Book 2 of
~aps at page 52. . . ~ . . .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 21st day of December, 1959,
by the following vote, to wit:
