RESOLUTION NO. 2926
RESOLUTION EXERCISING OPTION
WHEREAS, JULIO DONATI, SEYERINO DONATI and MARINO DONATI have offered to
the City of South San FraPcisco an optio~ to purchase the. following described
property in the City of South San Francisco for the sum of $23,000.00.
NO~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby exercise that certain option dated June 1, 1959, and signed by JULIO DONATI,
SEVERINO DONATI and MARINO DONATI, to the City of South san Francisco, to purchase
for the price hereinabove designated all of the right, title and interest in and to
th~ following described property, situated in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California: ~ '
All of Lot 2 in Block 139 as delineated and
set out on that certain map entitled "SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO CO., CAL., PLAT NO. 1",
which map was filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Mateo County on March 1, 1892,
in Book "B" of Original Maps at page 6 and
copied into Book 2 of Maps at page 52.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 21st day of December,
1959, by the following vote, to wit:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahem
