RESOLUTION NO. 2930
RESOLUTION EXERCISING OPTION
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE VINCENZINI, ANGELINA VINCENZINI, LEONORE VINCENZINI and
GILDA CLABORN have offered to the City of South San Francisco an option to purchase the
following described property in the City of South San Francisco for the sum of $17,750.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby exercise that certain option dated September 15, 1959, and signed by LAWRENCE
VINCENZINI, ANGELINA VINCENZINI, LENORE VINCENZINI and GILDA CLABORN, to the City of South
San Francisco to purchase, for the price hereinabove designated, all of the right, title
and interest in and to the following described property, situated in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Marco, State:of California:
The easterly one-half (1/2) of Lot 3 in Block 139
as delineated and set out on that certain map
entitled "South San Francisco, San Mateo Co.,
Cal., Plat No. 1", which map was filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on
March 1, 1892, in Book-"B" of Original Maps at page
6 and copied into Book 2 of Maps at page 52.
IHEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regu-
larly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
San Marco County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
21st day of December, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
