RESOLUTION NO. 2935
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
TO CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated December 18,
1959, whereby WILLIAM PASCO and JOSEPH PASCO, both single men, give and grant to said
City of South San Francisco the real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be re-
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959, by the follow-
ing vote:
